This report examines four case studies in e‐procurement transformation to explore best practices across public and private sectors. Next, a bench-marking analysis is used to identify areas for improvement in GSA’s strategy and operations. This report concludes with strategic recommendations for GSA’s e-procurement strategy and operations in order to drive growth in revenue and market share through adopting sound business principles that apply to its governmental context.
